Now that yoga is such a part of my everyday, I have begun my lifelong habit of trying to figure out to monetize it. I mean, might as well multi-task. Shall I do yoga retreats? Create yoga merch (I’ve already designed several pieces and worn them for feedback), write a book, do online classes? My head is abuzz with ideas daily.

Yoga is love for me—a gentle embrace that honors my body just as it is, sending ripples of healing through every part of me. It’s a journey shared, a community of souls walking this path together, each at their own pace, in their own way.
My deepest wish is for everyone to try yoga, or to discover whatever it is that brings them joy, peace, and connection.
